Where each of us stands against the standard
Everyone runs the same clock, whatever their age. A skill is mastered once the standard has been met twice on two different days, proficient once it has been met, and work started until then. Nobody is ranked against anybody, and names inside a skill are in alphabetical order, never in order of how they did.
